in a beautiful and stately garden setting, Grandmere's Inn Bed
and Breakfast is the ideal choice. The garden's blooms and ever
changing palette makes for a picture-perfect location for the
traditional outdoor wedding and/or reception for groups of up
to 150.
Rated the #1 Inn of Nevada County for the
past two years, there is no better place for you and your guests
to stay than the Grandmere's Inn. We have 6 spacious rooms, all
with queen beds and private baths. Three of these are suites with
tubs, robes and large sittings areas. Ellen's
Garden Room is our secluded honeymoon suite - with an
outside garden entrance, spacious sitting area and a deep tub.
The Senator's Chamber
is also a wonderful choice for the bridal couple. A large suite
with its own parlor and porch overlooking the beautiful side garden,
stately redwood, cedar and magnolia trees. The bedroom is furnished
with a four poster bed and a oversized closet (for the wedding
attire) and a large bathroom with clawfoot tub for two and separate
shower.
